Premier Grading & Concrete LLC ("Premier," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our quote form, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
We follow a data-minimization approach: we only ask for what we need to quote and complete your project.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to submit, Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or government ID numbers through this website.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To prepare quotes, schedule site visits, and respond to your requests.
- To contact you by phone, text message (SMS) or email about your project, as you authorized.
- To send promotions or specials — only if you opted in.
- To plan, perform and support your project, including scheduling our crews and subcontractors.
- To measure and improve our website and ads — only with your cookie consent.
- To keep records of your consent, comply with the law, and protect our rights.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
If you consent, we may text you about your quote, scheduling and project updates, and — if you separately opted in — promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data is shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you allow Advertising cookies. We share it only as needed to serve you:
- Form delivery: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives your form submission and delivers it to our office email.
- Business software: email, scheduling/customer-management and messaging providers we use to run our business.
- Subcontractors and suppliers (such as building manufacturers and installation crews), as needed to quote or complete your project.
- Financing partners — only if you ask us to connect you with financing.
- Analytics/advertising providers (Google, Meta) — only if you allow those cookies.
- Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect rights, property or safety; or in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.
5. Third-Party Services on This Website
- Sensei3D — our 3D building designer. It loads only after you allow Functional cookies or click “Load 3D Designer.” Information you enter in the designer is governed by Sensei3D's own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — provides our typefaces. Your browser connects to Google to download fonts, which shares your IP address with Google; no cookies are set.
- FormSubmit — delivers form submissions by email, as described above.
- Google Places — when you type in the project address field, the characters you type are sent to Google to suggest matching addresses. Google's privacy policy applies.
- Financing partners (Hearth, HFS Financial, EZ Pay Buildings) — if you click a financing link, you leave our site and apply directly with that company under its own privacy policy. We do not send them your information from this website.

6. Data Retention & Security
We keep quote requests that don't become projects for up to 24 months, and customer project records as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes. Consent records are kept for at least 5 years to show we had permission to contact you. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your Choices & Rights
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP; opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- Change cookie choices any time using “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of any page. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of advertising cookies.
- Depending on where you live (including Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Maryland and Delaware), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or profiling. You may appeal if we deny your request by replying to our decision.
To make a request, contact us below. We'll verify your identity and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised; material changes will be posted on this page.
