Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026
We want you to feel confident ordering a turnkey building from Premier Grading & Concrete LLC. This policy explains deposits, cancellations and refunds. If you sign a written contract with us, the terms of that contract control where they differ from this page.
1. Quotes & Site Visits
Quotes and standard site visits are free. There is no obligation until you sign a contract.
2. Deposits
To reserve your project and order your building, we collect a deposit when you sign your contract. The deposit amount is shown on your contract. Deposits are applied to your final price.
3. Your 3-Day Right to Cancel
You may cancel your contract for any reason within three (3) business days after you sign it and receive a full refund of your deposit. This applies to every turnkey contract, whether signed at your home, at our office or online, and is in addition to any cancellation rights you have under federal or state law (such as the FTC Cooling-Off Rule and state home-solicitation laws).
4. Cancelling After 3 Business Days

| After your building is ordered from the manufacturer | Metal buildings are custom-fabricated to your order. Amounts paid to the manufacturer are non-refundable except to the extent the manufacturer refunds us; we pass any manufacturer refund through to you. Other unspent deposit funds are refunded. |
| After grading, concrete or installation work has started | You pay for work completed and materials delivered or ordered to date; any remaining balance of your payments is refunded. |
5. Site Conditions & Price Changes
Turnkey pricing includes grading for sites up to 1' off level and concrete footers. If our site review finds conditions outside that scope (such as extra slope, rock, poor soil, access problems, or permit requirements), we will give you a written change order before doing the extra work. If you don't accept the change order, you may cancel and receive a refund of your deposit minus documented costs already incurred.
6. Our Cancellation
If we are unable to complete your project for reasons within our control, we will refund all payments for work not performed and materials not delivered.
7. Delays
Weather, manufacturer lead times, inspections and permitting can affect schedules. Delays outside our control are not grounds for a refund, but we'll keep you informed and work with you on timing.
8. How to Cancel
Send written notice that includes your name, project address and contract date by email to sales@concretepremier.com or by mail to 819 West Pine St, Suite 5, Mount Airy, NC 27030. For the 3-day right to cancel, notice is on time if it is emailed or postmarked by midnight of the third business day. You can also call 888.644.6988, but please follow up in writing.
9. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days of your cancellation (or of our receiving any manufacturer refund), to your original payment method or by check.
10. Warranty
Warranty coverage for workmanship and for the metal building is separate from this policy and is described in your contract and the manufacturer's warranty.
